To report an incident while using the app, tap on the user’s profile you want to report. Tap on the ellipsis (icon that looks like three dots); a menu will pop up then tap on Report an Incident.
You can also submit a Support Ticket. Please provide your @username, mobile phone number and email address when submitting a Support Ticket. Any proof of the actual incident such as screenshots would be helpful. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for a response from our Support Team.
